We ship worldwide and take pride in getting your fragrances to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events). We are not responsible for delays outside our control once a parcel has been dispatched.
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Important: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. Please check your country's customs regulations before ordering.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also access tracking from My Account → Orders.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your dispatch confirmation email.
All fragrances are carefully packaged to prevent breakage during transit. We use protective inner packaging and sealed outer boxes. Gift purchases are packaged with additional care — let us know at checkout if you'd like a gift note included.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card and attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
